Jonas Schoder

Jonas Schoder grew up in Laufenburg AG, the son of a nurse and a painter. Originally trained as a mime and theatre performer, he spent several years touring with small and street theatre groups before turning to graphic design. He retrained at the Zurich School of Design (EFA) and now works from his own studio. From 2005 to 2020, he defined the visual identity of Intakt Records, designing CDs, posters, and catalogues that continue to shape the label’s aesthetic. He remains a close collaborator, designing select releases and artist catalogues. A co-founder of the OHR musicians’ initiative and longtime designer for the unerhört! festival, Schoder brings decades of cultural commitment to his work.
