Shipping policy

At INTAKT RECORDS, we strive to get your music and merch to you quickly and affordably. Please note that once a package leaves our facility, delivery times are handled by our carrier partners, and we cannot guarantee arrival by a specific date.

1. Order Processing

  • Handling Time: Most orders ship within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding Swiss public holidays) after payment clears.
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2 PM CET on a business day begin processing the same afternoon; later orders start processing the next business morning.

2. Shipping Regions & Rates

  • Domestic (Switzerland)

    • Sent from Switzerland via economy service.
    • Free delivery on all orders within Switzerland.

  • Europe

    • Sent from within Europe via economy service.
    • Typical transit: 2–6 business days.
    • Rates vary by country and weight—see Swiss Post's Europe zone info:

  • Rest of World (excluding USA & Canada)

    • Sent from Switzerland via economy service.
    • Typical transit: 6–20 business days, depending on destination and customs.
    • Orders over 1 kg ship free.

    • Fulfilled by our North American distributor—rates and options appear at checkout.
    • Transit times and carriers vary by region.

2b. Merchandise – Print-on-Demand Fulfillment

INTAKT RECORDS merchandise (T-shirts, tote bags, and other apparel or accessories) is produced individually on demand by our print-on-demand partner and ships separately from music orders.

  • Dispatch: Merch items typically require an additional 3–20 business days for production before shipping (estimated times for products varies and is displayed on merchandise product info). You will receive a separate shipping confirmation and tracking link for merch items once they leave our fulfillment partner's facility.
  • Delivery: Merch is fulfilled by Printful and produced as close as possible to your delivery address, so transit times vary by destination. You will receive a separate tracking link once your order ships from the fulfillment facility.
  • Non-returnable: Because each item is custom-printed to order, merch cannot be returned or exchanged unless it arrives damaged or defective. Please refer to Section 7 (Returns & Refunds) and Section 6 (Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries) for how to report an issue.

3. Shipping Guarantees

  • We guarantee your package will depart our facility by the date shown at checkout.
  • Once in the carrier's hands, all delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed by INTAKT RECORDS.
  • Around major releases or holidays, please allow an extra 1–2 days for dispatch.

4. Customs & Import Charges

  • Orders shipped outside Switzerland may incur import duties, VAT, or customs fees.
  • These charges are the recipient's responsibility—please check with your local customs office before ordering.

5. Tracking & Notifications

  • Switzerland & Rest of World: After dispatch, you'll receive an email with a Swiss Post tracking number and a "Track Order" link.
  • Europe: Your local tracking link is provided by our European partner via email.
  • USA & Canada: Tracking details are emailed once the distributor processes your order.

6. Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

  • Report any issue within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Email orders@intaktrec.ch with your order number and photos (if applicable).
  • We'll arrange a replacement or refund once we verify the problem.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • 14-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from receipt to request a return.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original unbroken plastic packaging, with proof of purchase.
  • To Return:
    1. Email orders@intaktrec.ch for a return authorization and prepaid label.
    2. Ship to: INTAKT RECORDS, P.O. Box 8024, Zürich, Schweiz
  • Unapproved returns cannot be accepted.
