Subscription Terms
Effective Date: January 01, 2025
Subscription Term
• By subscribing, you agree to a minimum 12-month membership term.
• You may choose to pay monthly or annually, but one full year commitment applies regardless of payment frequency.
• Early cancellations do not release you from the remaining balance of the yearly contract.
Billing
• Monthly or annual payment options available.
• Payments are charged automatically to your selected payment method.
Music Delivery
• This subscription entitles you to 9 new releases per year, delivered individually in physical compact disc format to the address specified by you during sign-up.
• After sign-up you will receive an email with instructions to select your first CD delivery.
• You may also choose from previously released CDs which have been published after January 01 of the year in which you sign-up.
• Your first CD delivery will begin processing on the next working day after your selection has been made.
• You will be informed by email when your first order has been shipped.
• You will subsequently receive monthly emails prompting you to select your next CD delivery up to a total of 9 CD's per year.
• We can only guarantee that shipments of upcoming releases will leave our office before the release date, not that they will arrive before it.
Cancellation
• You can cancel anytime after the first 12-month term is complete.
• If you cancel before your yearly term ends, you’ll still be responsible for the remaining payments.
Changes to Membership
• We may update prices, perks, or terms at any time but you will be notified ahead of time if any major changes occur.
Account Responsibility
• Keep your account login secure. You’re responsible for any activity under your account.
• By subscribing, you consent to receive email communications related to your subscription, including delivery updates, account notices, and service information. You may unsubscribe at any time, but must log in to your account to access music delivery details if you do.
Termination
• We may suspend or cancel your membership if these terms are violated or if the service is misused.
• Early termination does not waive the remaining contract balance.
